Sent an email to have a quote done for siding, took over a week to get a response. Someone came out and said they would send us a quote the next day still haven't received one after 4 days. Had a previous experience last year. Emailed for a quote for windows. Someone called said they would check their schedule and call me back I never heard from them after. I am understanding when it comes to business's being busy but would have appreciated an update or something. When I first purchased my home we had Performance come in and install two of our windows and never had an issue. I know from experience the quality of work is there. I just feel their sales rep's aren't like they use to be.
Excellent products, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We purchased their windows and other services for two of our homes over the last 10 years and have had great success with no issues. Locally owned and operated which we love. Great sponsor of many local community programs and events. We have recommended Northern Performance Windows and Doors to many of our family and friends over the years. Fair prices for a premium product and service.
