These guys are incredible My deep well pump failed on a Sunday evening,having been without water for the overnight and into the morning I started calling around looking for help. Let me tell you that most places had better things to do then try and help a family with no water. After talking with Graham I was assured that he was the right guy for the job. He brought out part of his crew and went straight to work to confirm what I thought was the problem. The well that was thought to be just over 100 feet turned out to be over twice what we had believed. Unfortunately he did come with a pump that didn’t work in the application, this was my fault for giving him incorrect information on the well depth. He left and said he would return in the morning with the proper pump for the job, within the hour had found the correct pump and returned to complete the job. Ya no water, and back up and running within 18 hours. As far as I’m concerned these guys went out of there way to to a fantastic job and make a customer happy. My only wish is that people don’t put a price on quality service like this. When you get a job done that you can’t do yourself ,simply pay for the service that you asked for.
