I was a little thrown off by the layout of this location but overall the store was clean, stocked and relatively easy to find things. The young lady at front cash was lovely and courteous. The young man prepping the area for product was also very kind. He was quick to step back and excuse himself as we approached him in the check out area. Both were properly wearing masks.

The Orillia location has legit and entire side of the store all for frames. However heaven forbid that you need lighting for your art project. They don't sell anything like that. Ugh. All I needed was a clip in light socket but nope. I had already been to the hardware stores and they don't sell anything that small and they all said try michaels. I guess not here either.
Very clean atmosphere. Store is spacious. Lots of safety protocols in place.
I went in to find something I can do on my own as I have been down 8 1/2 months from surgery and then a broken neck!! I wanted to start some form of physio on my hands and arms to strengthen them!! I found the store pretty cleared out, whether ppl are shopping early for Christmas or they haven't recvd any stock in their store!!?? I had a great sales representative help me and I eventually got something to paint and the paints to go along with it!! I was happy with my purchase and the patient sales representative who was all smiles was so gracious!! The checkout individual was extremely polite and I really appreciated my excellent experience there!! I have to say the best service I have recvd in a very long time and I'd highly recommend them from my experience!! I hope they do get a shipment of stock to replenish store though!!
I always find what I want right away. I have developed a kinship with one of the cashiers as we spell our full names the same way. We always have a good laugh about this.
