Incredible ice cream. Also picked up cheese and eggs this visit and both are great. Drive thru and walk up window are open. Customer service is always great.

I enjoyed eating my Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream (small size) from Kawartha Dairy. During this COVID19 pandemic Kawartha Dairy at this location are servicing customers either via drive thru or store front (door) service. Staff are friendly and wearing their mask. If you know what ice cream you want, I suggest to go through drive thru even though there is a long line up of cars outside. It looks deceiving but those customers in vehicles got their ice cream faster than the ones who lined up outside. I waited in line outside just because I couldn't drive and eat it at the same time. Also I wanted to enjoy my ice cream in my parked car. One more thing, the parking lot is very small. There's probably about 10-15 parking spots. It was a little difficult leaving or exiting the property when there is a long line up of cars waiting to order.

Clare is great, we went there (4 of us) and all got huge ice creams and one took some home. I also got some chips and as previous at another location. The ice cream is the best brand I've had in my life. Ms. Clare in Orillia you did not make a mistake and had great service, thank you. Great job!

Amazing, nothing beats the high cream content of Kawartha Ice Cream. The staff was very nice and friendly at this location. Service was quick and the facility and parking area were well kept. Well worth the drive. I went 40min off route just to come here and I was glad I did!
