Sonia was great to deal with - she was super friendly, helpful, and clear in what steps were needed to move forward. Everything was organized, set up, and paid off in under 10 minutes; I just needed to do my part, and when I did I received immediate confirmation. She offered very prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service! Can't beat that!!

Contacted this company through their live chat option to browse for storage units to find the best price and their live chat person was quick to reply! By the next day I had received an email thanking me for my interest along with a phone number to call of I wanted to set up a time to go in, I tried to call and didn’t get an answer but responded to their email saying what it was I was looking for and a phone number to reach me at when they were available. They got back to me in about 15 minutes. By then I had an appointment booked and all the info I needed to determine what facility to use. I went in for my appointment and Sonia was a huge help she got us all set up, made sure we knew everything we needed to know and sent us off! She was great! Super friendly, and knowledgeable! This place also has great prices compared to others I’ve seen in town! Will definitely continue to use this facility!
