Exelent attention and information about beds, great products and prices, this will be my four bed getting from them.
My friend had the worst customer service experience of her life. Since we both work in customer service we understand how easy it is to do the right thing. This was simply not the case. After many promises were made once a problem arose all the promises disappeared. No one was apologetic, or even tried to come up with a solution. I highly urge you to go to a store that provides a legitimate warranty, helps you when it is required, and doesn't make you feel like an inferior customer.
