Bad communication skills. Make sure you show up for your appointments. Made an appointment, didn't show up he sent a text. So professional! . Called a day later no response to texts or messages or phone call or email. Eric this is horrible behavior.

Eric at Nerd2U has helped me with several electronic issues over the past 2 years. The building my office is in, is 160 years old plus and Eric has managed to solve my ongoing internet problems. He has supplied and installed security cameras and doorbells, set up a more productive workspace and helped with software, website and server issues. For what could take me all day on the phone with tech help, he comes in person and solves promptly. Having someone who comes to you is a huge plus! Our phone system was so old it could not accept anymore updates and died. We had got quotes from others that seemed so outlandish for what we really need. We were going to give up and just use our cell phones until I contacted Eric. He came right away to assess our system and was able to provide a solution for significantly less than what others had quoted. Now we understand the cheapest isn’t always the best but Eric listened to our needs. He didn’t try to sell us a “Ferrari” when we only needed a “dump truck”. Our new system was installed today and it works exactly how we wanted it. So happy with the service we have received. Will definitely refer Eric and his team to our clients for any of their phone, internet and IT services.

Booked a site visit 5 days ago, and let them pick the day and time... they picked it and emailed me with the confirmed arrangement.... and of course, didn't show, and didn't email to say they would be late or that they couldn't make it. so, I called them, got the answering service and cancelled the visit. Really, appointments are made for a reason, if you cant make it, make the effort to let the people know.
