Only gave 1 star as I had to click something! Avoid this company! Right from the initial quote request until now, this company doesn't seem to provide customer service or know how it works. They didn't provide a thorough estimate for what we were looking for- promised things that didn't happen. Took deposit money and 6 months later, we were still waiting for them to arrive to complete work to our home. We kept messaging and heard nothing- figured our money was gone. Never answer their phones (they run off multiple telephone numbers) and it's weeks before they answer emails, if ever. Finally they show up out of nowhere in the dead of winter and proceed to rip our house apart! Big promises and \cash deals\ are all we've heard.... leaves after a few hours of work and doesn't return!! Left a work trailer in our driveway, which left us without parking for our own vehicles in the winter and no other options. Abandoned the job (our house has no eaves trough now) and left tools & equipment sprawled across our property and our neighbours' and wouldn't return our many attempts to find out what was going on. Finally -after police were involved- Chris decides to pick up his telephone and call us. Promising big things and yet again asking for \cash to settle up.\ Hasn't returned our money and came in the dark of night to retrieve his trailer that was towed from our driveway. Very unprofessional! Such a nightmare.... oh and also runs off the former business name that he took over!

Didn't install to code. Can't install a downspout properly. Left holes and chips in the Hardie board they installed. Didn't install that to manufacturer specifications. Removed items from the invoice because they forgot to do them. Took me to court for an outstanding balance. I had Holmes on homes do an inspection which proved all of the above. Erb Roofing signed a settlement but did not follow through with any of the matters signed in court. Please choose any of the other vendors in town. Then you won't get screwed like I did.
We had paid for all our aluminum corners almost a year ago and we are still waiting for them. We cannot reach anyone by email or phone or they are just ignoring us. We need these corners to start the job. Very frustrating! Avoid this company!
They installed our roof 4 years ago. There were immediate issues with the job, roof overhangs were not sufficient, rain water running down the outer wall stucco, staining it with roofing tar/shingle dirt. No response to messages, no return calls, Discovered numerous leaks this winter which were not visible until now, much water damage hidden inside the walls/roof gable. Will require breaking internal walls and ceilings to clean/dry/repair. Definitely not to be expected on a 4 year old roof. Avoid this company at all costs.
