I have dealt with them twice now (detailing, and product purchase)...both times the service was great, and products as ordered! The staff was friendly and open. I don't often review however I feel the negative reviews they have been given are unfair and extreme. WAY TOO EASY TO HAVE A SET OF B@LLS FROM YOUR KEYBOARD WHICH I CAN'T STAND! The responses from management are fair and out in the open for all to see. They want to make things right from what I see. I am heading there soon for another product for my truck...shopping without hesitation! Cheers, Sadz

Bought a new truck and took it to Bad Dog for rust proofing and new running boards. Very friendly service, really appreciated the insight from Jim and Adam. Prices were lower than what I been looking at online which I really appreciated. Installation was quick and painless. Overall, I will definitely go back and give them more business in the future.

Got my 2020 Ford Explorer wrapped with ppf done. Kevin & his team did an amazing job, I even had a small issue with the rear bumper & they fixed it asap with no questions. Very professional & great atmosphere. Will be back in the future for any other needs for sure. Highly recommend for sure.
