My two teedaughters and I went for our appointment to Optics Plus. The staff were very professional and very patience with my daughters and helped them find new frames . Let me tell you they went through a few types and help them pic out the one they liked and suited them. They even informs us the good deals. It will be my Optics place now. Thank-you

Very outstanding customer service. Couldn’t find a size but the receptionist as well as other workers stayed after hours even just to help me find a pair of glasses. Really recommend this place, super friendly and comfortable. Me and my parents have been going here for almost 25 years, 5/5 recommend this! And to the workers, thank you so much for your help.
Had the best experience here. Dhesa had been particularly helpful in choosing the right frame. She was also very patient in showing us the different frames that would suit my face shape. Superb customer service!

I truly appreciate the professionalism and compassionate care from Dr. Sond and all of the staff at Optics Plus. The optometrist went above and beyond in providing care, knowledge, and expertise during the eye exam. The staff were very personable and helpful in all matters, demonstrating high customer service standards. I highly recommend coming here if you ever need eye care!
