They allow the drug addict at 5551 Valleyway unit 6 to sell pills with regular over doses related deaths at this location. The police do not care to deal with Barry Walsh who use his large dogs as weapons. He is allowed to sell pills and use needles all day on ODSP. HE has a crack head living in the one room unit with him and meets up to 10 people a day for drugs. THE POINT IS. IF YOU WANT TO SELL DRUGS FOR A LIVING THE POLICE DO NOT CARE.
