We picked up a great used Audi from OpenRoad about a week ago. We had a great experience dealing with Jordan Smith and the entire team. Jordan took the time to answer all of our questions and got us all of the info we needed to make a great decision. The delivery team was also great and made the whole process quite seamless. Their fees did seem to be a bit higher than most dealerships I've dealt with in the past, but I did feel like they price their cars quite well, so it's likely a wash.
