He in Sales has always treated us honestly and fairly, but the most important point that I would like to bring to your attention is: \We both felt that there was no pressure to commit to a purchase\ This was Great! We wish to thank you Jason for your assistance in us acquiring our fifth rv\ dream motorhome\ although, Luc is still dreaming of a \Diesel Pusher\, so who knows what the future may bring. Ha! I can see that this business has been built based on Customer Service, Quality and Professionalism. When I brought the problem that I found when I was flushing the black tank, it was without hesitation that Jason told me to bring it back so Tom could take care of it. We just bought our first used camper trailer from Open Roads RV- great end of season price and good service! Our salesman was Jason-very helpful & upfront. We appreciated his no pressure approach and he even threw in some pretty awesome freebies to get us all setup! Can't speak to how the trailer holds up until spring but buying from open roads was overall a really good experience
I have been dealing with Open Roads RV for the past 5 years and I can’t say enough amazing things about the quality of service. Jason Michaud is one of the most honest and pleasant sales persons I have ever dealt with. I recently traded in my 5th wheel for a Forest River travel trailer and the service I was provided was nothing short of amazing. I will continue to go back to Open Roads in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer!
We bought a trailer from Jason and Don at Stittsville Trailer last week and we are so pleased with our purchased! The service was wonderful and the expertise was top notch. Jason ensured the trailer would work for our vehicle and checked to ensure there was enough capacity to not just pull the trailer but also ensure it could allow for supplies and goods required for camping. Something I would have never thought of!! Great services, great guy! Highly recommend.
