They're very helpful and parking is free. They've gifts, maps, restrooms, and more. They don't change money. Easily wheelchair accessible.

If youre visiting this is a great first step. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free and parking pass while we explored downtown. I wish there were more items to p purchase inside. We got the iconic maple syrup but that was all with buying. Still a great first stop.

Very good, friendly and helpful staff members. They provide great information on tourist places in and around Windsor and Essex. And several brochures, books or maps available as take away reference material.

First off it has free parking. The lot has many spots. Its easy to get around. Inside you can find anything you want to know about the city and its services. Lots of lititure can be found here. It is kept up to date on events. When staff is available they have all the answers to any questions. It has free wifi and there is even a coffee shop right across the street. The only negative thing is they close a bit early.
