Excellent place to stop, get some rest at the outdoor desks and walk your dog. Courteous and knowledgeable personnel on duty. The place is clean and well maintained, has a vast parking lot, good and for for trailers, too. There's automatic defibrillator on site, clean restrooms of all kinds and garbage collection. On the downside, it closes too early every day, but motorists travel in the evenings.

The Information Centre exterior is not pleasant as the roof needs attention, the garbage was overflowing and the toilets need refurbishing, taps etc. The whole area does not give a good representation of Ontario. Take a look at the Nova Scotia Information Centre for a beautiful tourist Welcoming Scene. The agents were very helpful. Harold

The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The building is run down and exterior needed painting and updating. There are several broken picnic tables and the parking lines are so faded it is tough to know where to park. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION ONTARIO.

Great place to stop for information when coming into Ontario.
