A big clean friendly safe feeling environment. Helpful staff. And LOCKERS ! Perfect for waiting for the bus, take a few minutes to visit the Northgate mall food court located at the entrance closest to this beautiful station. If you're lucky enough you may see a train pass by!

Bus station was good, the bus ride back from NorthBay was awful, masks were only necessary until bus took off, even the driver was joking about it, she pulled down her mask and said we gotta breathe laughing twice before we took off, the guy across the isle was coughing and sniffling quite loud and disgustingly and singing and most people didn't wear their masks over their mouth.

My overall experience with Ontario Northland yesterday was awful. BUT I had the chance to observe the North Bay employees interacting with other customers at the end of my trip as I waited for my ride. I noticed they were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the woman working at the front desk. It was very refreshing to see excellent customer service after my poor personal experiences with the company and its staff in other locations throughout the day. Thank you, North Bay station!
