worse customer service experience ever. just got off the phone to see if i can get another screening time. As i was trying to explain the issue with my parking ticket I kept being cut off and was hung up on. Very unprofessional and the lady should be fired. There was no reason for her to blatantly hang up as I was being very polite. If you don't like your job quit and give it to someone who deserves your position. your useless

Actually i had a nice experience. A clerk named Allison helped me out. She took my request figured out what to do & voila i was out of there. She spoke nicely & dresses well too. In general, these court houses are a lot like what other reviewers have written. I guess it's who you deal with. And no one here is going to care if this office has too many negative reviews b/c they know they have to maintain the \seriousness & importance \ of administering the law. ( we pay taxes so they can keep their jobs... where's the \justice league \?)

Forget the 1-Star I give 0 stars to these guys.. I just gave one of them a call in order to pay a speeding fine. The lady was just so rude I can not even comprehend as to why... I have called multiple and same attitude.. What happened to the Canadian Culture?? Canadians are suppose to be kind and have a first class customer service. This was only a little speeding ticket yet I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. Please, find more competent workers, not workers that don't even like what there doing..

if there was a 0/5 i would give it. lady on the phone was rude and inpatient. wouldnt let me finish my sentence. they all need to be fired.
