This is a long review, but the take-away is that Sharon at CondoQuest was incredibly helpful, and I found her expertise to be invaluable. I made an attempt to go through the condo documents myself, but being a first-time home-buyer I was concerned that I would miss some major issues. After some light research CondoQuest rose to the top of my list as they seem very reputable and have a fast turn-around rate for document review-- and I must say that they live up to the hype! I contacted Sharon and she responded to my inquiry almost immediately. She was very fast, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable in her field. She took the time to explain certain things that I may have overlooked myself, as well as issues that may arise down the road. The service went over and above the scope of what I was expecting and I definitely feel that I got my money's worth. I'm so glad that I went to CondoQuest, it's given me peace-of-mind in an otherwise incredibly stressful and daunting process. I highly recommend!

I have worked with Sharon for years. She taught me most of what I know about condominiums. She is always there to chat about different situations that only those who work in or live in the condo world would know about. She is incredibly knowledgeable and fiercely protective of her customers.
