This used appliances retailer is located off the beaten path in a Richmond warehouse. Broad selection changes regularly. It seems that the price of a particular item from their Craigslist posts, a call in, and in person changes. Specific product knowledge when determinable such as age of an appliance should be varified by the purchaser. Wise shoppers can find a good deal. They fix new used arrivals out front of the shop taking up their entire outdoor parking area and sometimes spilling over into the street. Caveat emptor. #letsguide

Literally the worst - DO NOT - under any circumstances get your appliances from this company. -Delivery took a few weeks longer than originally promised. -The dryer they brought us was not new. It looked rough. Very loud, dings all over it, marks inside the drum, the door pops open when the machine runs, takes 2 hours to dry a regular load. It looked like a 30 year old machine they took home from someone else and just turned around to sell as a new machine. -When we bring up the issues with the machine they try to put the blame on us. -They refuse to give money back. -They said they would exchange the machine for a better one, still haven't heard back from them. Literally the worst. I never bother to leave reviews, but these guys deserve to go under - because otherwise they will just keep going around scamming people. Spend a little bit of extra money and get your appliances from a reputable company. Put it this way, this is ending up costing us hundreds of dollars more than it should have. Do you really want to gamble and go by the few good reviews on here? No, make the smart decision for you and your family and skip One Stop Appliance.
Terrible terrible company. Never make the mistake of going here. Our clothes were ripping and called Peter who diagnosed wrong. Made us pay 350 and took our perfectly fine dryer. We figured out the washer was ripping the clothes and told him but he wouldn’t accept his mistake. Started swearing on the phone! Never go to this guy! Shouldn’t be in business! When they came they smelled of marijuana so unprofessional!!!
Was delivered an unclean fridge that didn’t close properly and leaked, and after two weeks chasing them to fix it finally they appear. Had to tell one of them to put his mask on, which he didn’t appear to know how to do. Then I was told I have too many jars in the fridge door and that it was basically my fault! Haha! Then was told I should consider buying ANOTHER small fridge for condiments. What a joke. Greasy refurbished appliances delivered by unprofessional employees. No wonder only landlords use this company. Would never recommend!
