The best thing about On The Way is Kev's hot dog stand. He's a good guy, serving up good food. There's a reason a lot of people stop by there regularly.

Old school convenience store! The only store on route to Chilliwack Lake. Lots of random items for sale. Good selection of fishing tackle, fresh coffee and some packaged pasties. Classic 1980's feel.

A beautiful country, Covenience & General Store with a fully stocked Coffee Bar, Sandwiches, baked goodies, pop, candy, and all your camping, fishing household and grocery needs all in one place! Extremely clean store with a great product selection and wonderful staff. The new owners are friendly and fabulous...stop in for a coffee and say hi! Homemade hot soups and chilli are amazingly delicious on these cold winter days. PS. All products are fresh!

The Store has recently been taken over by new management. They completely renovated the building and stocked it with fresh food. it's clean and there's no more clutter, no more useless junk being sold. The staff are really friendly and the hot dog stand is a community gathering place. I only wish they had a little more product for sale there.

Friendly staff who were very helpful with lending me their data connection when I was having trouble with my carrier. They say that this is the last reliable spot for a high speed signal before driving towards Chilliwack Lake provincial park. Prices here are what you expect for the last outpost/store before the park, but not unreasonable.

My boyfriend and I just walked in and asked if they had any worms and were greeted with the rudest response right away. Told us to “look around, can’t you see we’re sold out” as if we were idiots for asking. Close the store then if you can’t be bothered to deal with customers and play your damn cards at home.
