Matt took great care of me from start to finish and even in after service. When I started the process I had no idea of the kind of money I would have to spend to get what I wanted. But by the time my dock was installed and I walked around the finished product it all made sense to me. It is an investment in our water front property and one that each one of our friends and neighbours agrees is a great one. The best kind of investment, one in which we will enjoy each and every day there is no ice on the lake. I am a builder and understand the difference between quality and rubbish. I got a quality deck that will no doubt out live me with only minor care and attention! Matt, thanks for making me feel like your only customer! That is important to me. I really and truly dont like spending money, but in this instance it was a pleasure, cant believe I am saying that.

Just had our beautiful tower dock installed in Lake Huron on the Bruce Peninsula from On The Water Designs. It is a 30ft dock with Patio. We put Fiberon Paramount Sandstone PVC decking on. I couldn't be happier. It lifts out if the water for the winter, so I won't have to worry about losing another dock to the ice.
We had On the Water install an aluminium floating dock in the Fall of 2018, after a great discussion with Brandon. We had a couple of issues which they sorted out in the Spring of 2019 to our satisfaction. In addition one of the lights failed, which they promptly replaced when we visited the store. This review is a little after the fact but I wanted to pass on how happy we are with their professional service and quality products.
