First time I've been at the spa for eyebrows wax and tinting. It was a great experience and loved the end result. I'm that kind of customer that keeps asking tons of questions lol and Naomi always responded in a detailed informative manner.

I had a wonderfully relaxing time at On The Spot when I recently visited for a facial and eyebrow shaping. The spa's safety measures for COVID were fantastic. Naomi talked me through all of the spa's procedures for cleaning and sanitization and made sure I was completely comfortable. She ensured all of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. I was initially curious about how in-depth a facial could be with COVID restrictions requiring a mask to be kept on. At On the Spot, a smaller, custom fit medical mask is used (and secured in place with medical grade tape). This smaller mask ensures that the nose and mouth are still covered, but the rest of the face (forehead, cheeks, jawline, neck) remains exposed. All things considered, wearing the small mask during the procedure made little to no difference (to a standard non-masked facial), and I will definitely be returning to On The Spot.
I have been getting botox a couple of years now, and have tried a few different places, but this place is by far my favourite! Not only is nurse Cheryl super sweet, but she explained everything to me in full detail to make sure I understood what to do with aftercare. Naomi, your beauty bar is so beautiful! You have clearly taken the time to make sure your clients enjoy their time while being there. You are awesome and I am so happy to have found you! I will be coming back every time I come through when visiting my family. Thank you so much!
I just can't say enough about Naomi. Poor girl I had to keep going back to her NOT B/C OF ANYTHING SHE DID, its b/c the pigment wasn't taking b/c I've had so much work done on my brows in the past. Naomi was so accommodating in helping me achieve the best brow and didn't seem bothered every time my name would show up on her phone for yet another touch up. She does an excellent job and when it comes to measuring the brow u can tell Naomi will not stand for imperfection. I really appreciate all her work in getting me on the \pretty brow\ track. Thanks sweetie!!!
I had a facial done the other day and must say I feel so rejuvenated. The environment is calm and relaxing and Naomi is very knowledgeable. She was very gentle on my skin and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I have been going to On the spot beauty bar for over two years and have nothing but great experiences. I refer all my friends and family to this spa! Thanks Naomi for the Hyaluronic acid, look forward to my next appointment.
