So we have this restoration company that is owned by Intact insurance going to houses that claim insurance then have an adjuster and project manager ripping off the customer by minimizing the claim to save costs as they are all 1 company. The trades are beat down on pricing while the company makes more money on the mark ups Enough money where the prez was getting to his office by helicopter Then you wonder why the project managers are taking kick backs from the trades. Its because all there incentives are being taken away to pay for helicopter fuel. Home owners need to understand there options to be able to use any resto company they want as they are in charge when a claim is made. Oh and for a company that does not pull permits for work done to save money. To all homeowners ask for permits to protect yourself from this company.
