Arlene came to tune our piano this afternoon - an acoustic upright that we recently bought second-hand and had moved to a cabin on the lake. She did a wonderful job with the piano - my husband is very happy to have it sounding so lovely!! - and was professional, prompt, courteous at all times ... and then gallantly conquered a 1km icy forest driveway on her way back out! Thank you so much, Arlene. We'll be calling you again .. in the summer. :)
