Tasha and Kalla have been amazing! They helped me find a custom blind for my bedroom that looks great and was in my price range. These ladies went way above and beyond my expectations. Because of my current vision issues, they kindly delivered samples and the blind, double checked my measurements and observed strict cleanliness when entering my home during the pandemic. They answered questions, thought up new ideas to keep things within the budget, followed up with me to ensure I had been able to install the blind, delivered a thank you note and small gift along with the warranty which they had filled out for me. Today was my first time in Olive & Birch. I spent 2.5 hours exploring every nook & cranny in this fabulous store! So many beautiful pieces! Each one carefully selected and thoughtfully displayed exactly as you would like to see them in your home. Beautiful home decor and gifts for every occasion! Don’t even get me started on the jewelry! It was definitely worth the wait!
