The blond woman in this place is a down right, oh wait, I shouldn't swear. She is always vurt and 9 times out of 10 won't provide a service. Today, I had all the required documents to get plates including a note from the car owner that I coukd actually on his behalf. Because this note was not on the official dorm, but just a typed note, she would not register the vehicle. 20.minutes south, service with a smile and no questions asked. Remind me NEVER to submit myself to her presence again. Today was not the first such incident!

Very slow , only one person working and that person sure seemed that they didn't want to be there. Certainly would consider going somewhere else.

I walked in cause I lost my wallet and I'd I live in olds btw the entire time they were disrespectful and speaking loudly and when she finally helped me I'm 19 she sent me to the wrong place to file an inaccurate police report 10/10 worst place I've been I've had a ton of bad experiences with attitude or being down right rude when all I need is a little help dont recomend coming here go to didsbury they have really friendly and kind service so does scundree
I have wanted to get a Personalized License Plate for years and have asked a number of Registry Offices but was never given help on how to apply for one. About six weeks ago i went into the Olds Registry Office and the staff there asked me what i wanted and within about five minutes i had the plate that i wanted. I received the plate four weeks later and went in to get it registered again the staff were very helpful. If you want great Customer Service go to the Olds Registry Office.
