The food is fresh and super delicious. Its not the fastest but thats because they are cooking everything to order and i can really appreciate that.

Thai Express in Okotoks used to be my absolute go to for great food - and I legit have nothing bad to say about the food at this location. My meal was always delicious. This is more of a warning to never, ever try to order a meal directly from them when Skip the Dishes is not working. I made the mistake of trying to order directly from Thai Express. I asked if I could still place an order even though Skip was down and he said yes. I made it half way through my order before the guy passed me off to someone else, so that I would have to explain it all over again. Once that process was done, which took awhile, the guy hung up on me. Didn't ask for name, address, phone number...nothing! So I proceed to try and call back, they didn't answer and then they unplugged the phone. So unfortunately, I am no longer able to support a location that treats their customers this way.
The food was good but the online ordering system gets a fail. We were on a schedule so I placed my order at 2:37 (per my email confirmation) for a scheduled pickup time of 4:30. Arrived to find order wasn’t ready and the worker insisted that I hadn’t placed it until 4:15 so it couldn’t possibly be ready by 430 because it was a big order. Obviously not his fault since he didn’t get the order when it was placed but the online system really needs to be fixed. Order was finally ready at 4:50 but discovered an item was missing when we got home - presumably because he was rushing.
Great food, but it's a victim of its own success. Everybody in town comes here for a taste of the exotic. It gets crowded and then dinner can take a while.
Great food!! Soooo tastey!! Its great to watch them prepare your food right in front of you. And my kids love to eat there.
