Amazing. I had a complex repair on a color printer. 5 days a few hundred bucks I had perfect printer - but you need to read rest of this. I originally called xerox who sent a service tech out and 6 months later they could not identify the parts required and wanted close to 3000 in parts to trial and error the repair. I almost gave up and in a last ditched effort sent an email to every listed service center in Calgary and area. Only two responded. One said they don’t work on this brand and DeLron. After a quick 24 hours they figured it was one of two parts. Offered to only charge if the replacement part fixed it, which it did. Two hours labour and few bucks for parts was way less than xerox and less time. Printer now works perfect!!! I called xerox and explained how they found the issue with great ease. Candy from customer service was great and Don were fantastic to work with. I can not say enough good things for how Th is turned out for me. I almost chucked a very expensive printer in the garage and they saved it when xerox could not even fix it. Amazing !
WE love the fact that a quick phone call is all it takes to have our printer cartridges arrive, the old ones removed and always with a smile and a warm hello. If there is ever a problem the replacement cartridge or the help with the printer is asap. We always feel valued and well supported.
Need a great printing support, look no further. Great folks to deal with. I have been using their services for more than 20 years and never got disappointed.
Very good overall service with machines and supplies. Certainly no need to go to the big city or big chain stores when we have this quality of support in our home town.
