This is a great club and track for individuals already confident on their bikes. However, the group sizes are much too large and the little ones get lost in the mix. My son's first day on the track we told 5 of the instructors to not let him go from the top of the ramp and within 10 minutes of being there he had a huge crash because he went off the top without using his brakes. We paid to have him in the club because we did not know enough to teach him how to ride the track safely but in the end it was the worst decision we made. Once he crashed he felt like nobody cared because no-one came running to help him or see if he was ok. Yes, the older kids when they crash I understand giving them a minute to see if they get up and shake it off but this was his first day and he felt abandoned. We are so sad because he was so confident and excited about the sport and now he does not want to even ride his bike. Also, we attended one of the races and it was quite noticeable that the 'coach' didn't even pay attention to the racers. The whole time he was facing away from the track and talking to people in the stands. In my opinion the coach should take race day as an opportunity to see what the racers need to work on and it would be really nice to see him cheering on the kids every once in awhile because they idolize him. The people were really friendly and it was a great environment but I think they need to consider having smaller groups in order for each racer to get a better experience.
