Very non-responsive, poor service, poor communication, very slow on returning to complete work, change keys without permission and do not provide copy to owner of property or tenant in occupancy. Will never call or use again.

This was my first time ever having to personal use a restoration company, and I couldn't be more happy with Loretta and her team. From start to finish the team was very professional, very knowledgeable and very respectful of my home. They showed up when they said they would and clean up any mess at the end of every day. High class service from start to finish. Highly recommend Okanagan Restoration Services.

Our experience with Okanagan Restoration has been excellent. Our water leak in our home happened on a long weekend. A manager was activated and on-site with a full crew and flood equipment within 1 hour of contact. We were provided two project managers, Clarke and Nadia, to coordinate and oversee the best trades in the area. The completion of our home restoration was completed in a very timely period. There communication of each step was discussed thoroughly, as this is our second home, and not able to be at the property all the time. We have complete trust in them and were very pleased with the high level of repairs of the skilled trades they chose. Clarke and Nadia are extremely professional and we highly recommend them and the company.
