The Ohs Marketing Team works seemlessly together and I thank Hans who stepped in during Bradley’s vacation. I want to commend Bradley Harvey for his brilliant service. He is a fantastic realtor and different from ANY I’ve ever met (and I’ve worked with quite a few over the years). When we first connected, we spent time looking at properties at, above and below my target area to give me a sense of the local market, and for him to get a clear picture of my preferences. Even though properties were getting snapped up faster than I could make a decision, I never once felt rushed, never felt pushed to make a decision, never felt like I was taking up too much of his time, nor did I ever feel I was being “sold” on a property. It felt more like he was a nephew, who knew all about this area (an area new to me) who was kindly offering me rides, information, and all the choices available as they surfaced. Bradley offered endless support and unfailing faith (even when I was wavering) that without compromising we would find ‘the’ place. He truly understands the importance of home, family and comfort and he knows that when a person finds the place that is meant for them they will know it with certainty. When I saw ‘it’ there was a joy, excitement, and sense of ‘home’ that I was beginning to think wasn’t possible. (Somehow Bradley knew all along that it would happen). He really is the perfect combination of all things one might want in a realtor: time-sensitive, detail-oriented professionalism, boundless commitment and energy, a lovely and respectful demeanour, great familiarity with the area, and a supportive, patient, faith-filled approach that I have never before experienced in the world of real estate. To say that I highly recommend Bradley Harvey feels far too understated and inadequate. Unfortunately I have no better words to describe this gem of a young man and the stellar service he provides.

My wife and I recently relocated from the White Rock area of the Lower Mainland to the Island. We felt very fortunate to have met Bradley. We had worked with several realtors during our initial search and always came away feeling that our wants were simply not being heard or realized.
