Called to follow up on an autopsy report of my uncle and was cut off when attempting to explain that I was advised that the results would be available in 8-12 weeks after his death which was October 23, 2017. The man who answered the phone Kevin, should be well aware that the people who are calling are already mourning the death of a loved one and would probably prefer not to deal with curt and rude behaviour. A little compassion and empathy can go a long way in dealing with the grieving public.
