Went for an X-ray as was worried if there is a fracture. They attended me well. The X-ray tech was very humble and made me feel Comfortable. After X-ray I was asked to wait and receptionist arranged for an urgent report. They let me go after they got confirmation from their radiologist that there was not fracture. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. Very impressed by their service.

Wife went for a an ultrasound. The lady who performed the procedure constantly acted in a degrading manner and unprofessional behavior towards my wife. Same questions were asked multiple times while making weird expressions to the responses. The lady was rude and made the whole experience bad. People who come to these places are disturbed and troubled and when you get treated with such disrespect it is not right. Patient care involves both mental and physical components.
