Ocean Ridge Vacation Rentals provided excellent customer service and was more than accommodating while arranging our 3 month stay in Campbell River. The suite was clean and beautifully furnished. It was a perfect place to call home for that time. We would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience staying with Ocean Ridge Vacation Rentals. The townhouse was immaculately clean with luxury furnishings, and it was well equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay. It is a well-maintained, beautiful residence. It was a pleasure working with Stephanie to arrange a longer-term stay in Courtenay. Along with an exceptional level of professionalism, Stephanie is very personable and was prompt to answer questions to assure a great stay. We sincerely appreciated the kindness, attention-to-detail, and superior service provided. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay, and we would highly recommend staying with Ocean Ridge.
Stephanie was great. She provided us with information of and activities in the area in addition to addressing a few more questions. It was effortless and easy to communicate with her, and she was so caring that we felt like we were her only guests. She was polite and kind, and we were glad to communicate with her. We felt as if, if there were a problem that it would not be a problem. The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and had all the amenities and a great patio area in the back. It was even better than described when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and had a great experience with Ocean Ridge and Stephanie.
