My family and I have been going to Dr. Vick and Dr. Rick for about 5 years now. I initially visited them for TMJ issues - they were patient, took the time to educate me and give me different options. Over the years, our little ones have been also going to Dr. Vick and Dr. Rick and we could be happier with their ability to make our children feel comfortable and excited (yes - they love going to the dentist)! They are all so great with children and were even interacting with my daughter while I was getting my teeth cleaned, it was so sweet of them. Their entire team is super professional, welcoming and warm. When we visited today for our dental teeth cleaning, I was super impressed with the COVID protocols they have put in place. I would highly recommend their dental practice!

During a routine dental cleaning, it was brought to my attention that my gum recession on my bottom right side has worsened. I was suffering from extreme sensitivity when I was drinking cold water or when I was exposed to cold air. I required a gum graft. Dr. Rick was very helpful throughout the entire experience and answered all my questions and concerns pre and post-surgery. His work was professional and he provided low level laser treatment to speed up the healing process. The pain was minimal and only lasted a few days. I now have confidence that my teeth do not have exposed roots and therefore experience no discomfort when it comes to sensitivity. I can’t thank Dr. Rick enough for all the attention, detail and care he provided during this process.

Phenomenal work with my dental implants. I had childhood issues with missing upper and lower molars and with Dr. Rick's professional expertise had bone grafting surgery and sinus lift surgery to allow for the dental implants to be placed since I did not have enough bone. My family and I have been at Oasis since their opening in Milton in 2010 and their level of service, care and expertise is amazing and they really took care of our family's dental and oral health needs. We've never been treated better and are truly blessed to find such caring dentists for our family.

I have been a long- term patient of Dr. Vick Soordhar, and let me tell you, it is an absolute pleasure visiting the dentist. This is coming from someone who squirms at the thought of anything teeth related. Dr. Vick has a very personable approach where he truly sooths my soul and deters any fears that I may have prior to any surgical procedures. He is very open and honest with what to expect during the visit; always provides accurate and concise information, and answers any questions or concerns. The ambiance of the Dentists, Team and overall Office Space makes me feel very welcome, every time. I also appreciate the text reminders I get for my appointments; they make it hard to miss or forget about one! My most recent visit was due to wisdom teeth extraction, and it couldn't have gone more seamlessly. It was a painless, worry-less experience; and recovery is easy as Dr. Vick consults you post surgery to optimize your recovery time. He takes the time to go over the steps, foods and medication you will need to comfortably heal. He takes time with every patient to ensure that they are truly cared for. Lastly, prices are beyond reasonable! I always refer my friends and family to their practice; as they are THAT professional and patient focused. What makes this such a great dentistry is the fact that they offer services that are usually outsourced to different specialists. For example, their services cover anything from teeth maintenance (cleaning), to dental implants, braces, sleep apnea and cosmetic surgery. I appreciate that I don't have to drive to 2 other locations for different services; it truly is a "one stop shop". Thank you again Oasis Dental!

After seeing a few orthodontists specialist and dentists for my son Cooper, who had a bad underbite as well as front crooked teeth, a friend recommended we see Dr. Rick before any decisions. Dr. Rick did a thorough exam and explained that my son's teeth and underbite could be fixed by using non extraction brace treatment. He sat down and explained the steps needed and gave us much comfort on the treatment. There was never any sales pressure, simply gave us all the facts and told us to think about it. Today, we are extremely glad we decided to have him do the treatment. Dr. Rick is very caring and compassionate. Also, Dr Rick cares about his patients, explaining every step of the journey not only to me, but my soon to ensure he understood. He is, by far, one of the best in his field. I had my first appointment with Dr. Rick today and was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and general pleasant demeanour. I sought out his clinic after suffering many years of TMJ issues. I had previous treatment with an orthodontist as a teenager, which left me with a bite problem as an adult. Dr. Rick explained what was happening to cause me so much grief, and I learned that I also have an anterior tongue thrust that was likely there since I was a little kid! He laid out his plan of action for my treatment which includes widening my bite and using a non-extraction braces treatment. If you have TMJ issues, this is the place for you.
