Got a very fair price for my Tesla Model 3. When I requested a quote, I got a call right back from Raphy. He was great to deal with, always answered my questions and didn't make me feel anything but comfortable. All transactions were handled very professionally. Dropped off my car, Eric had all the documents completed and ready to go. I was done in under 5 minutes. They followed up with me even after the deal was completed to ensure everything was as expected. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience getting our new Tesla. Not only was there a big selection but also every staff was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable on electric vehicles. In addition, Covid safety protocols were followed and we felt very comfortable throughout the whole transaction. Eric in particular was incredibly helpful as he spent hours walking us through everything from how to charge the vehicle, to showing us all the amazing Tesla features. This was especially useful given we are new to electric vehicles. The service was superb and I would highly recommend!

These guys genuinely go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They hooked me up with an amazing deal for a Model 3. They even included free winter mats. Eric, Robert and Essam were very knowledgeable in EV and made sure I was equipped with all the information I needed before purchasing my Model 3. Eric even provided transportation from my home to the dealership on the pickup date and I live 45mins away. If this isn’t an A service, then I don’t know what is. Hands down, best auto dealership experience.

Very easy car purchasing experience. Mind you, I knew what I wanted. When I got turned off and turned away from Tesla due to lack of vehicles to even test drive, I was able to walk in and get a trial run immediately. Turns out, I bought the car I chose to test right away. Got good terms and help getting out of my old lease. After purchasing, I was able to text Eric with questions and got answers in reasonable time, even on weekends. Very happy they are here. Best option for buying used Tesla.

I purchased a 100D from Shift Motors(aka Shifty). I was told it was a fully loaded car without any other features available(false). I was also told warranty was extendable(false). Shame on me for trusting USED car sales people for that’s what they essential are(I haven’t seen anything new). Shame on them for taking advantage of my human element and being trust worthy to whom I thought were honest people. They are knowledgeable with their useless information and methods of trickery.
