I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at this clinic today. From the moment I arrived the staff and nurses made me feel safe and like a valued patient. The doctors were fantastic and the whole process efficient and caring. This is a sharp contrast to the treatment in understaffed hospitals where they kick you out when you are barely conscious like what happened to me last time at Trillium. They took such good care from start to finish even during Covid. Thank you to everyone at Provis!

To say I was impressed is an understatement. From the moment I was greeted to time of procedure was a calming influence. Highly trained staff, spotless clean environment . From temperature check at locked front door to cubicle where I was prepped, absolutely hands on. Each staff member & nurse worked hand in hand. Wait for it...kind, professional Doc & his assistant kept any nerves at bay. End of procedure was a smooth transition.. Fab Clinique .....Andy

Please be aware that this clinic is so frighteningly professional; engaging, and inviting, one may be predisposed to invent a 'ghost' gastric procedure to keep coming back. The staff both medics and non-medics are highly infectious -delightfully - And I am certainly not referencing anything contagion. So please enter at your own risk. Thank You Rudd. Honestly from the time I was escorted to the waiting area to the procedure it was a very comfortable experience. One second I’m falling asleep and before I know it I’m in recovery and waking up. They seem extremely caring with patients which is important.
