I got my rear right wheel bearing replaced here and everything went ok. Later, when I swapped wheels to take the car for a safety test, I noticed the rear right bearing cap was missing. The vehicle also failed the safety test due to this issue. Unfortunately, Dave & Bill refused to take responsibility for forgetting to put this part back on and said that the cap (that requires significant force and a special tool to be removed) was missing before I took it to their shop even though I had inspected the car the night before they worked on it and the bearing dust cap was there. According to them, it’s impossible for their technicians to make any mistakes. The missing cap can lead to dust and water getting in there and prematurely ruining the bearing. Good luck getting this shop to acknowledge any faults in their service.

The Team at Preferred Auto is second to none! Having a classic car and wanting an exhaust system from the manifolds back this team made it happen. After having another shop cancel on me day of when I got to their shop I phoned Preferred Auto up and Bill was able to get me in within a few days. The past few weeks cruising around in my car with the exhaust system the team installed was amazing, the note is perfect, the car isn't obnoxiously loud but has the right growl to it. Oh Bill was also able to help me in adjusting ride height! If you are looking for a team to do your exhaust system then look no further - you have found the shop you need!
