Thank you Playcious for making my family feel welcomed and safe. I've been here last November for my daughter's birthday party and I am so happy and amazed to see the precautions the Playcious Owners and Staff have taken. I wanted to see for myself what they have done to make the play place safe and I will be booking my daughter's next birthday party next month here for sure! This is the only place where everyone has fun!! Even my husband didn't want to leave! I don't normally leave reviews, but I can see the passion and hard work that has been recently put into here and it is wonderful to see business owners go beyond expectations. We can't wait to come back!

Fabulous new indoor playground with ninja warrior gym within the play structure. Super clean. There are bumper cars, smaller animal ride ons for kids 6 and under, rock climbing wall, and an arcade. We got a groupon which saved a lot of as rock climbing and bumper cars are extra. There is a cafe with lots of options- sweets, pizza, chicken fingers and fries, even samosas. They also have a Nespresso machine too. We went on a weekday so it was very slow. My only complaint was that an employee was running the cafe, rock wall, and bumper cars so we had to call him over a few times and wait for him to be available (he was serving other guests). They have at least 5 or 6 party rooms as well. I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to go there on a weekend as I can imagine how busy the play structure would become.

Amazing location, easy to re-load your card without having to wait in a line, huge space and spacing so kids don't run into each other. Kids can easily spend 2-3 hours there if needed as theirs so many options for them. Pricing is adequate for what you're being provided with.

Absolutely LOVED this place! Took my son and a few of his friends for his birthday, they had a blast! The bumper cars were the highlight of the visit! Clean, well maintained, and super friendly staff! The operations manager Michelle was a delight! Totally professional and super helpful! I will recommend to everyone!

This was the rudest customer setvice experience Had to wait and girl didnt even know her product blame bad training. Both young enployees were inexperienced and mean in their communication. And place was too boring for my 9 year old too many restrictions as well very pushy girl and safety issue.I will not be going there again

Daughter loves this places. Can’t complain I like it too. If you want to your kids to be safer then just look after them. Food could be better.
