My soup had a big gob of spit in it. Gross. Very gross. i tasted it in my mouth. An unfortunate experience for me. The young guys in the back or someone was messing around with the soup. Gross. Never again will I go there. Do not recommend Oakville location.

Honestly, the food and the quality of service is good. The staff are nice and friendly. Panera is a favorite place of mine, mainly due to their high end customer service and cleanliness. However, I noticed today that their kitchen and trash bin is a mess. It was from my seat view. If it is the face, I don't know what is behind the scene! It also seems they switched to disposable cutlery, which is not good at all. When I had my lunch, the fork got broken and I lost one of its teeth in my food and I had to throw that part away. I then asked for a real fork!
