I have used them for about 2 years--- that is where the below review came from- because they were working for me, and I was making money from their leads they generated. Then they fell off the face of the earth. I paid for some extra leads and boom they were gone. I heard from other referrals I made to them that they did something similar. BEWARE- they are not consistent and they definitely owe me money. I will not refer they again to anyone. One Touch Solutions offers you warm prospect leads for what ever personal service you offer. What you do with those leads depend on your phone abilities and overall interpersonal skills. I have made money off their leads, and I am assuming people with negative reviews have not. You should conservatively expect 5-10% conversion on the leads. For myself an overall good return on my investment. Michael or Ted will take care of you. I look forward to doing more business with them in 2017.

This company calls continuously. Regardless of how polite you are in asking them to remove your number, they will not. Thank you for proving to me another reason I would never invest money for your guidance. You cannot follow the simplist instructions rather you choose to annoy me weekly with calls.

Go with your instinct. The guys sound nice & professional, but they can't deliver. It is probably more a sign of the times where people don't talk very much. I signed up and none of the leads were leads. Most of the people did not even acknowledge having received a phone call, except for one girl who said that she was not interested. She said that she had told the caller so but he was " very pushy", "wouldn't take no for an answer", so finally she just said "whatever" and gave the guy her information. That is the only person who acknowledged even receiving a call. All other people said that they never received any call and one person was very mad that I even called. In most cases, there was no one by the name given to me as a lead! I cancelled and asked for a refund. I didn't push it, because I think I know the answer. "Sorry no refunds." It is my guess that they contract people to call and those people just write down numbers, fill out forms and give them to One Touch and say they're good. Save your money. Just service your clients and they will tell their friends. Be patient. One Touch sounds good, but it didn't work for me.

It has been two years for me to be working with them. Never had any problem. Professional team to work with. Slight slow process in terms of conversion but it gets done. We also cant depend and leave everything on them. We also need to take care of many things like making follow ups on time. Good luck for your campaign with them.

They are high pressure sales. Some of the leads they provided weren't valid. However I still made a good chuck of money from them, That is why I ranked 5 stars, and that is why I am keeping on doing business. They tend to call landlines, they market to the older generation, something that is hard to market directly to

While the first run I had with them ultimately proved quite profitable. Most of the leads paid off after 1.5 years. They were horrible in terms of providing the leads in the timeline they promised and didn't honor their warranty for 30 bad leads out of the 100 I paid for. When it was time to "renew" they wouldn't make good on the warranty and wanted 20% more for the same service. What is interesting is that KVP Consulting Services LLC in Illinois seems to be affiliated; same service style, same excuses almost verbatim and same format lead sheet design and email template design. Be careful out there.

Do not fall for this scam. They promise you what they call surveys of potential customers and they are all people that either do not want to talk to you or the wrong name and phone number. They also promise you a refund and never give you one. Everyone from the V.P of the company makes promises and never keeps them. It is important for everyone to be aware of this and the scam they are playing on many people.
