I purchased a zip navigator quad through costco Canada in December and as I understand since On the Go Leisure is the Canadian distributor they are providing the product support. One of the wheel covers provided with the trolley had faulty stitching and would not fit over the wheel. I spoke to Mark and Dan and sent them a photo of the issue. Three days later I received replacement new wheel covers by UPS. Thanks for the great service. Looking forward to getting out on the links with the cart.

We purchased 2 electric golf carts as a gift for our parents (a purchase of over 1600) in July. The expected arrival date was the beginning of September but we received it in November. They did not provide shipping updates and we had to call the store several times to obtain any update of the delay. This was the first red flag. When we received the 2 golf carts and assembled them we realized the carts would not power on and the batteries failed the voltage test. My dad is an engineer and can fix anything in the house that breaks yet he would not get these 2 carts to work. He called Mark, the owner of the business, to help him troubleshoot the issue. After a long call Mark was unable to help solve the issue and told us to return both carts. He also insinuated that it was a \user\ issue versus a product issue. Mark stipulated that he would cover the return shipping but if the electric carts turned on when he tried them, he would charge us for the return shipping. This is preposterous customer service! After waiting over 4 months for our delivery and paying over 1600 for these items, then spending hours trying to get these items to work, he was trying to charge us for sending us defective products. He did not offer any helpful solutions or even an apology for our experience. He did not even offer to ship new working carts. Something is clearly wrong with this product but they aren't owning up to it. Could not be more disappointed with the service and product received from this business.
Very friendly staff helped me with some questions. Even though they didn't have what I needed, they directed me to where I could get help for my cart. Super staff. When I buy a new cart I'll be going here. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff
Purchased a Bat Caddy, it was shipped immediately and showed up a few days early. Really pleased with the product, it works great and was exactly what I needed for walking many rounds per year.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. I haven't bought anything yet but was treated like I had! Impressive. Worth checking out.
