It took them 5 hours to get a blood test results. They didn't go deeper to find out what was wrong with me. There is No social distance between patients. Horrible experience.

We spent 9 hours yesterday in the Emergency Department in this hospital, It is the worst service I've ever seen. Staff doesn't really care about people. My son entered with appendicitis symptoms at 2:30 PM and he got a diagnostic at 10:30 Pm. my son could be death today because of that people, they don't have any idea of prioritizing A ruptured appendix can actually lead to death. If it's left untreated, peritonitis can quickly spread, resulting in septicemia, or bacteria in the blood. Thanks God and only God it was not the appendix. How could they just let a person with that symptoms sit for 9 hours waiting for a diagnostic. They just don't listen my son was literally wallow in pain. When we had spent 6 hours there I went to the counter and said to the nurse asking for help and she said \Six hours waiting is not that bad\. They take advantage of their situation and patients can't do anything but waiting and waiting and waiting. In general they are really bad professionals. My son actually didn't have a diagnosis the \Dr\ finally said \could be anything but at least it is not the appendix

My husband and I flew back early Canada from Portugal because he had to take an MIR there due to severe pain on his lower bk and leg. The MIR showed two herniated disks in his lumbar area. Surgery may be needed. The next day we arrived was in severe pain. I called the ambulance He was taken to Oakville Trafalgar. What a nightmare. The nurses are all grougy, rude and cold at from friendly. It felt like we were imposing. One of the nurses at front desk at emergency was so obnoxious. Without even seeing the MIR and its results, she quickly diagnosed by husband, stating that he just required physio, as if shes qualified. A doctor had not even seen hiim yet.Clearly patients are bothersome. We 've been waited hours and told there was only one doctor in the hospital. That's pretty scary . Wish i had driven hom to Creditvalley hospital instead. This place is a joke.

I had my total hip replacement surgery done last week Wednesday in this hospital. Dr. Weening is the best surgeon I have ever met! The nurses at the hospital could not be more helpful and caring. Wonderful people, and I would especially like to thank Chris for his care and big heart! Nobody took care of me as much as him. I was lost in pain and he always made me feel better. Professional, dedicated, amazing stuff of the hospital. The Hospital itself big and modern and beautiful, rooms are very specious and with a great view of Oakville. Clean, bright and quiet. You will not find better care and place than here. I hope never be back but I can truly recommend this place.
