Although I agree with the quality of the products in the store, I have to give them 1 star because of the customer service. I discovered them at the beginning of 2020, and I purchased my deli and occasionally purchased the roasted pig from them on Saturdays. During the Covid shutdown I only purchased my deli from them, as the owner told me the sales are down, people are not purchasing that much during that period. I probably visited the store every week, most of the times being the only one in the store. Today I went to purchase some items, and although I was in line to order, he was keep bypassing me for people that he knew, and I eventually had to leave the store, as I spent almost 30 minutes there, and when I arrived I only had one person in front of me. Very disappointed, I know it will not make a difference, but he lost a very supportive customer. I forgot to mention, I recommended them to all my friends, I have friends that came from Toronto to try their roasted pig.
