We really liked this place as a summer camp option as my daughter really wanted to take gymnastics regularly but we could not afford the cost. But this last's summers experience was not a pleasant one. Unfortunately, she was teased the entire 2 weeks she was there by other students, since she is 8 and at a very beginner level, on her skills. Laughing at her for not being able to do a cartwheel etc. She now never wants to go again. Due to this experience, we will not enroll her this year, but I would suggest to the club, that they group the summer camp kids in similar skill levels, so as not to scare of beginners and to be able to still challenge the more advanced students.
Unpleasant experience at our 1st class. We were guided to a wrong group of class at the entrance, even I told them clearly we are here for the 10:30am parent and tot, but we were showed to the 10am class. At the wrong group, coach did not check the name list of the class, so we were there until class ended at 11am. Yes, my son just had a 30 mins class instead of 1hour. I called later regarding the chaos and suggested better orientation for 1st time students. I was told I “should” ..... And when I asked why the staff guided us to wrong group, she said they “assume” ... We never had such issue at recreation programs, and it is such a basic standard to check the name list and make sure students are shown in the right class! Very disappointed...
