This Michaels is extremely well managed. The staff members are very helping. We went there to buy one item and we liked the arrangement so much that we ended up buying more from there. This place is almost 20-25 minutes drive from my place but I’d love to go to this Michaels if I need any craft related items.. Big thanks to the Michaels Oakville staff for being so nice and helping.

Great variety of products. Halloween and Christmas are there yet. The store have public washroom. Plenty home decorations and materials for crafts. Every weekend they have products with discount. You can find a lot of items for your decorations That's one of my favorite store, I can stay inside for hours. Plenty items for Christmas many colors to choose and excelent prices in Christmas trees . You can find toys, baking items, coloring books, colors, crayons, yard and many others materials for any craft. Get ready to explore your creativity. During the weekend they offer many courses for a good price. The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask all the time.

I was coming to pick up supplies I had left behind the counter earlier as my card was declining. When coming back to the store to purchase the items there was a huge line however I had people supported in the van waiting for me. With no hesitation Alex helped me quickly check out my items and it was very very helpful and appreciated! Thank you
The staff are nice but the curbside pickup process is disorganized and confusing. They don’t have the sign/button outside anymore (they did earlier in the summer), and when I asked the staff told me to call their phone number from outside next time and someone would come out and bring the order. The next time I had someone do my pickup the store didn’t answer the phone and they had to go inside to do the “curbside” pickup. Some clear posted instructions outside would be helpful.
