Nice selection of engagement rings, bands, necklaces and earrings. Huge thanks to Olivia for excellent customer service. I came here just to browse and spent 30 minutes being educated on rings and jewelry which is exactly what I wanted. No pushy salesmanship, just a conversation that helped me figure out what I want. I did find one ring that was somewhat what i was looking for and the financing options seem good as well. I'm still undecided, but if i come back and don't purchase online, this store will certainly be one i come back to.

There is some people that should not work as a seller. One of them is the manager Zara. Since the beginning she treated me an my mom very disrespectfully like we were doing her a favour to be in her store. She was not helpful at all . First and last time in that store. Michael hill should train their staff more carefully . Every single customer is valuable.

Went in today shopping for something special. Asked staff to put it aside for me for 24 hours. They asked for a 25% deposit just to keep an item aside for 1 day. Lost my sale due to this.

Incredibly pushy sales people. Went in twice, once to look at a replacement engagement ring and another time to look at wedding bands. Both times were very uncomfortable. She kept pushing a ring on me and was acting like we said we were going to buy it. All they care about it making a sale. She only showed me one ring and was insisting on us buying it because it “was on sale only today” Will not return even to browse.

If possible avoid this location. My boyfriend/Fiance brought back my engagement ring 2 weeks before Christmas to get it resized. They told us it would take about 2 weeks, 3 weeks at most because of the holidays and they get busy, which we were very understanding of. Today is January 22nd and I still haven't seen my ring since. We call about 2 times a week to find out if its ready and they always say it'll be in our shipment on Friday or on Fridays when we call they say they haven't opened it yet. One lady about 2 weeks ago said she was going to look into it and give us a call back. We never received a call back. We have still called since then with no luck. At this point I think my ring is lost and who knows when I will get it back. So disappointing!!!!
