We were recommended to the Martin Group by our neighbours, who had had a fantastic experience. Our own experience with Martin Group lasted a few years with our on/off searching. From our very first inquiry to the purchase of our new home, and the sale of our old home, Cory was exceptional in his responsiveness, and well equipped with thorough answers for all of our many questions at every stage of the process. During our search, we never felt pressured to jump into anything, but we were well informed with respect to the market, pros/cons of any home/area we were looking at, and our options going forward. We ended up finding a great home that we are happy with! The advice we were given on upgrades to our old home was very honest, and considerate of the timeline we had. The Martin Group were excellent agents who helped my fiancee and I get settled into our first home.
