Thank you Lockwood Kia for everything! Specifically sales rep Lake and sales manager Colin for going above and beyond for me! I purchased a new to me vehicle from Lockwood Kia. I came all the way from London and they even kept the dealership open past close for me to come see the vehicle due to me being behind schedule/1.5hrs away. There was a small bump after the purchase, but Lake made sure things got figured out in my favour. Lake was very professional, friendly and timely with his responses. You can tell he enjoys his job and truly cares about making his customers happy! I even received a fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle and didn’t even have to fight for it! Thank you again Lake & Colin, you guys are the best! :)

Lake provided superior customer service. He is honest, pro-active, reliable, knowledgeable, pressure-free and friendly (and can be funny too lol). I was never a fan of dealer buying experiences since l always think that they're either charging me more or just purely scamming me. Lake has absolutely changed that perspective for me. He was so patient with us throughout the whole buying experience and not only honoured our requests but also entertained us with his lovely gifts. It was an exceptional experience that I myself haven't gone through for a long time. Such a humble and kind personality. You're definitely not gonna get private sale prices but at least you can buy with confidence. No sneaky bs hidden fees. Agreed price HST and lisencing. It is that simple folks. He was so awesome that he even took me for a tour around the dealership's exotic car showroom!!!! Summary: If you want to get hooked up on an awesome car purchase, grab Lake by the hand and kiss the car-buying stress a good ol fashioned good bye.

Nice and cozy dealership. I was looking for a minivan and after test driving Odyssey and Sienna I was really surprised how much better Sedona is. Drives more like SUV than minivan and it have upscale interior compared to Japanese counterparts. Buying experience was great too thanks to Colin - no pressure, no rush, friendly conversation and he got me a good deal for my trade. If you're looking for a minivan definitely check out Sedona - you'll be positively surprised! Will go back to Lockwood if I need another KIA.
