Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. Variety of options to choose from, which could be confusing at first looking at all that yummy treats. But the employee was kind enough to give out the inside scoop of what to choose and how to decide. I went with the Le Roche which was exceptional. Would love to go back again to try other items on the menu.

Sloooooooooooooooow service. They move at a snail pace and it’s a terrible experience because of that. I swear walking into the store feels like everything is in slow motion it’s brutal. And honestly, almost all of their “dip” flavours just are gimmicks and taste like white chocolate without any actual flavour. Many better options around until they fix up their staff/management and flavours.
Terrible customer service and quality of food. I ordered a milkshake and the worker gave it to me half full. When I asked for some water in a cup for my puppy, he gave me the smallest cup I ever could have imagined. Staff is very rude and products are way over-priced for the quality of desserts they give you. I do not recommend!
I’m quite disappointed with the mini donuts. I bought 30 half strawberries and other half chocolate. It was not fresh, tasted like one day old, nothing special. I had high expectations given the reviews and checking the site. The lava cake was good. Overall not worth the money.
It’s good ice cream, lots of dip flavours and toppings options, but was surprised to find a hole right in the middle of my ice cream. What’s the point of selling a “big” size if it’s half empty? It might as well just be sold as regular size then.
Nice location. Concept not original and seems like most things are brought in as opposed to made in house.
You can find good Ice cream sandwiches here. Cheesecakes are pricey!
They have the best customer service and the best desert specially the mango ice cream, mango smoothie, mango cake, and the donuts with banana dip. ️
